Abstract

Physical education and sports aim to comprehensively develop and prepare good citizens in all aspects of their personalities, whether cognitive, sensory-motor, psychological, social, moral, or otherwise. It has become an indicator of effectiveness and a significant indicator of a society's progress. Therefore, its development is essential; indeed, it has become a necessity for a dignified life, and it is our important educational and social duty that countries must ensure from a young age.
