Transformational leadership and its relationship to achievement motivation among employees of the Youth and Sports Directorate of M'Sila Province

Abstract

The current study aimed to determine the relationship between transformational leadership, as adopted by the Director of Youth and Sports for the Wilaya of M'Sila, and employee achievement motivation from their perspective. This was done to measure their achievement motivation, given their willingness to exert maximum effort to achieve a specific goal. Herein lies the role of the transformational leader in motivating, encouraging, and driving their subordinates to achieve and continue striving for success.
