The researcher addressed the extent to which training programs contribute to raising the efficiency of employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports by examining some of the indicators related to these programs. While administrative personnel undergo prior training to enhance their administrative efficiency and improve their administrative output, this cannot be achieved without adhering to the scientific principles of modern administrative training, which are based on identifying the needs of individuals according to their specialization and the nature of their work.
