One of the hallmarks of modern technological life, present in all cultures worldwide, is the increasing importance of organizations and institutions. An organization or institution is formed when a group of individuals work together to accomplish specific tasks and objectives. Groups are formed because the tasks and objectives to be achieved often exceed the capabilities of an individual. Like any organized team, an organization can accomplish far more than an individual could. An organization, or group of individuals, has much to offer in terms of time and resources. Clearly, a sports organization, like any organization, can achieve more than an individual can and produce a quality of service that a single individual's efforts cannot replicate. These organizations are established by society to serve the sports sector in all aspects, with an organizational structure that aligns with the organization's size and objectives, ultimately benefiting the community and its goals. Given that communication is a means of transferring information between senior management and executive bodies, it plays a crucial role in raising the performance level of individuals and sports organizations. This is where the effectiveness of a sports organization becomes apparent: when leadership, known as management, operates effectively by employing efficient organizational communication, which is the lifeblood of the organization. No organization can achieve its goals without its own administrative communication network. Indeed, it is very difficult to imagine any organization existing without some form of communication through which information is exchanged between employees, whether they are superiors, subordinates, or clients, both within and outside the organization. Communication is to an organization as vital as blood flows through the human body. Undoubtedly, communication is one of the important topics that has received considerable research and study. Given the challenges and problems facing sports organizations in all areas, due to changes and transformations in the surrounding environment, which have increased the complexity of management and guidance processes and made these tasks more sensitive and precise, it is essential to establish a sound communication strategy. This strategy can be relied upon to identify the constraints imposed upon them and the opportunities available to them, in order to adapt to those constraints and seize the opportunities to achieve their goals. Therefore, it is necessary to address the topic of communication strategy in activating local sports activity, including questions about its nature, the role of communication within it, the extent of its use, and other related issues. Thus, sports organizations must focus on communication as the core of the communication process between the organization, the sports club, and the player.
