Abstract

Physical conditioning plays a vital role for athletes, developing their fitness and abilities, resulting in strong, robust bodies capable of enduring longer periods of exertion with less muscle fatigue. This allows them to perform their tasks more effectively. Furthermore, consistent physical activity increases muscle mass and strength, enhancing the athlete's agility and making them like a machine that operates continuously without interruption or depletion. However, a closer look at the world of sports training reveals that some prominent athletes have relied on an external factor instead of striving and exerting energy to achieve stardom and championship titles. Their sole aim has been to develop physical capabilities effortlessly and at a lower cost by using performance-enhancing substances. These substances, which are prohibited for athletes, have a synthetic structure, chemical composition, and contain performance-enhancing hormones. Their goal is to reach the highest levels and win more titles without considering the consequences. They act without reflection or forethought, without awareness or caution, without considering the dangerous path ahead. They seek victory without understanding what lies beyond. Inadequacy... "The true champion is the one who constantly strives at the same pace as his work," sacrificing, persevering, resisting, and finding the work... He endures until he reaps the rewards, without resorting to any performance-enhancing substances or cheating. Champions are born for titles, enduring hard work and difficulties until they reach the pinnacle of their sport... They establish themselves as masters through diligence and hard work, not through performance-enhancing drugs and laziness. The modern world of training today is exposed to the dangers of globalization and technology, where the athlete of today seeks to achieve victory with minimal harm and without seriousness in training, especially if he relies on prohibited substances or his body craves certain hormones... This leads to weakness and an inability to exert strength and activity, which reduces his physical capabilities and gradually leads to his demise.
