Abstract

Sports, in general, have been a prominent feature since ancient times due to their significant and effective role in human life, emerging as early as the dawn of humanity itself. Over time, they have undergone changes to suit individual capabilities, keeping pace with scientific and technological advancements. Today, the attention given to school sports is considered an indicator of the progress and prosperity of nations and societies, as evidenced by the prominent place school sports hold in developed countries.
