Abstract

Sport, as a physical and mental effort, has been an integral part of human life since its earliest beginnings and will continue to be so in the present and future. Physical and mental effort is an inseparable part of daily human life. Over time, the human desire for this sporting activity emerged, the goal of which was to obtain sustenance and adapt to the harsh living conditions imposed by nature, whose resources they repeatedly tried to exploit. With the succession of eras and times, sport appeared in a new style and went through different stages, starting from discovery, to creativity, then education, then development. The desire of theorists to exploit the physical and spiritual capabilities of man was confirmed, and sport took on more comprehensive types and multiple methods. It was no longer a means of exerting extra activity or a mere entertainment and superficial preoccupation, but rather it turned into a means of collecting money, gaining wealth, and achieving stardom. Sports training, or any physical activity, is not a random process based on chance or trial and error, but rather a well-studied and carefully planned process. It relies on sound scientific principles within a well-structured educational framework. As Essam Abdel-Khaleq pointed out, sports training encompasses those educational approaches and methods aimed at raising the physical, technical, tactical, and psychological efficiency and capabilities of athletes, enabling them to exert the required effort economically and reach a better level.
