Resistance to organizational change among members of the administrative structure in Yemeni Olympic sports federations

Abstract

The current study aims to recognize the opposition of the organizational change with the managerial structure staff at the Yemeni Olympic sport federations and detecting the variances in the rejection level of the organizational change with the managerial structure staff at the Yemeni Olympic sport federations in accordance with the variables of ( experience and scientific qualification ) . The sample included 116 of the administrators at the Yemeni Olympic sport federations . The researchers used the descriptive method and questionnaire to collect data . It composed 5 components and 41 items . The data was processed statistically by arithmetical averages , standard deviations , percentages and double variation analysis . The result showed that there is a high opposition for the organizational change at the Yemeni Olympic sport federations . Further , there are not differences with statistical significance at the organizational change opposition according to the variables of experience and qualifications . Both researchers recommend the necessity of sharing employees at the planning and change execution process and making them a part and parcel since their sharing in the change will make them more aware to the way of its application , results and goals
