Legal framework of the sports system in Algeria

Abstract

Anyone following Algerian politics can clearly see the changes taking place in its economic trajectory through the implementation of immediate measures, most notably the liberalization of foreign trade and the entry of foreign partners, along with the privatization of public economic institutions, the encouragement of foreign investment, and the provision of all conditions for opening up to a market economy through the enactment and amendment of previous laws related to investment promotion and the establishment of a set of incentive measures and facilities necessary to gain the confidence of investors.
