The family is considered the basic building block of society and is like the school from which children learn the principles of life. It contributes the greatest amount to supervising the social growth of children, forming their personality, and guiding their behavior. Therefore, the family plays an important role in the socialization of individuals towards practicing physical activity and sports in all its forms to form a balanced personality for individuals. Thus, it can be said that some families have members who suffer from motor difficulties, and this may affect the individual psychologically and socially, and the appearance of some symptoms such as introversion, refusal to speak, and mixing with others. From this standpoint, we see that sports activity plays an important role in the daily life of people with special needs. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight the family, which is considered an important factor in motivating disabled children to practice sports. Therefore, we see that the economic and social factor of the family plays a fundamental role in guiding children with special needs to practice sports, in recognition of the importance of physical activity and its effects on the children, whether psychologically, socially, or physically. That is, the better the cultural and scientific awareness of the parents, the more they realize the importance of sports for disabled children and its effect on integrating their children into the social environment and improving their psychological, motor, and physical conditions.
