Abstract

The aim of our current study is to identify the contribution of TQM as an input to
organizational development in sports organizations, and to know the extent of the relationship
between TQM and organizational development in sports organizations, and also to know the
extent of the relationship between TQM as an approach to organizational development and
sports organizations, Admitted to reveal the existence of the relationship between
organizational culture and performance improvement in the sports organization, as well as to
know the existence of the relationship between customer satisfaction and performance
improvement in the sports organization, and finally touch on the knowledge and identify the
programs underlined By the Directorate of Youth and Sports to keep pace with the current
changes on the one hand and improve the performance of its employees on the other, and the
extent of its conformity with the concept of organizational development.
