Abstract

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of using the Lyman strategy (think. Pair. Participate) in improving mathematical cohesion and learning some basic skills of football among students of the University’s College of Knowledge, in addition to knowing which is better (Lyman strategy or the methodology used) in research variables, the researcher used The experimental approach to its relevance to the nature of the research. As for the research sample, it was represented by students of the second stage in the Department of Physical Education at the Faculty of University Knowledge, who number (40) students divided into two groups and by (20) students per group.Tribal tests were carried out in tests of the scale of mathematical cohesion and football skills, which are rebound handling, suppression of the ball and hitting the ball with the head, then the experimental group applied its independent variable (Lehman's strategy), then applied the control group (the approach followed) and the researcher took into account the gradual giving of exercises during the teaching session of Easy to difficult and the results were statistically addressed. The researcher concluded that Lehman's strategy has a positive impact in improving athletic cohesion and learning some basic football skills. The researcher recommended using this strategy in other activities and paying attention to skills like Foot of the important role and effective in reaching the highest levels and to achieve the best result
