Abstract

This study aims to know the role of the Youth and Sports Directorate in the management and development
of sporting societies and clubs. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was used for its
suitability for such studies. The study sample was randomly chosen, represented by 40 of the heads of associations and
sports clubs active in the state of M'sila. We used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and for statistical
