Abstract

The current study aimed at the role of educational sports physical activity in achieving mental health for
fourth year pupils in average to reach final stage pupils with an average level of mental health that makes
him appreciate himself and his general abilities, and to develop and consolidatehis relationships with his
friends to avoid isolation and introversion within the school and to knowthe role of educational sports
physical activity In developing and achieving the self-confidence offourth-year pupils, and for that.
and for that, we followed the descriptive approach, as the study sample reached 330 intermediate fourth-
year pupils, which were chosen randomly as they give equal opportunities. We used to collect data a
questionnaire form. This form consists of 30 questions and three axes in each axis 10 questions And after أ/ العزباوي سحىون

Increase pupils' self-confidence through the consolidation of their relationship with their peers during the
physical education and sports class
