Sources of psychological stress and its relationship to the cooperative process of the organizational climate between the boss and the subordinate

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the sources of psychological stress and its relationship to the cooperative process of the organizational climate among directors and heads of institutes of sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and we used the psychological stress scale and a questionnaire for the cooperative process on an intentional sample consisting of 28 individuals. We got the results: There is a strong relationship between the sources of psychological stress and the cooperative process of the organizational climate between the boss and the subordinate. Cooperative work plays an important role in reducing the sources of psychological stress. - There are differences in the degree of importance and influence of the sources of psychological stress on the sample members
