Obstacles to applying the provisions of the professional contract in professional football clubs in Algeria

Abstract

 In the subject of our research, the title of the study came about the obstacles to the application of
the terms of the professional football player’s contract in professional football clubs in Algeria. The problem
of the subject was identified by posing the problem in the fundamental question: What are the most
important obstacles that prevent the application of the terms of the professional football player’s contract in
the clubs sports in Algeria? In its theoretical aspect, this study was based on various studies and concepts
that dealt with the professional contract of football players in particular and sports professionalism in
Algerian football clubs in general, and the study sample was represented by the managers of active sports
clubs in the first Algerian professional football association Mobilis, and used the descriptive approach, Using a questionnaire addressed to managers of professional sports clubs. The results of the study showed that
among the most important obstacles that prevent the application of the terms of the professional football
player contract in sports clubs in Algeria are legal obstacles - financial obstacles - administrative obstacles
