Leadership patterns and their relationship to crisis management in sports management

Abstract

The study aims to identify the relationship between leadership styles and crisis management in the sports management of the Directorate of a field study of the two directorates of youth and sports in the Wilayat of M'sila, Bordj Bou Arreridj. For this purpose, we used the descriptive . survey method on a sample of 70 survey-selected individuals. To collect data, we used variability measures After collecting the results and treating them statistically, it was found that there is a correlation between the patterns Leadership and crisis management for the sample of the study and on this basis the study recommended that the adoption of the administrative style in crisis .management in the sports institution depends on the nature and type of the crisis
