The impact of the public spending policy adopted in Algeria during the period between 2001 and 2019 on monetary stability

We aim from this study to determine the theoretical dimension of monetary stability from the conceptual sides and in economic thought, in addition to determining how to measure monetary stability and identifying the direction of the impact of public spending on achieving monetary stability in the Algerian economy. We have concluded that the public spending policy included in the programs The Algerian economy has contributed to achieving the goal of monetary stability. The global financial crisis of 2008 also affected monetary stability in Algeria, due to its repercussions on global demand, and the rationalization of public spending in the period between 2015-2019 has contributed better to achieving the goal Monetary stability.
