The reality of medical tourism in Algeria

Abstract

The Medical tourism or health tourism or hospital tourism is to seek treatment in another country other than one where one resides, for economy or to benefit from the care and prices that are available only abroad.Medical tourism is a market combination of healthcare and tourism sector.  Medical tourism is growing day by day internationally as well as domestically.  The objective of this article is to show that medical tourism is not developing in Algeria, despite all the wealth and natural diversification that the country has. Medical tourism is an emerging concept for the travel and tourism industry.
