The study aims to achieve a number of objectives, an attempt to highlight the relationship between ethical behavior and the principles of corporate governance and the occurrence of the global financial crisis. and trying to diagnose the global financial crisis by highlighting the reasons of its occurrence and its effects

The study concluded that global financial crisis is caused by the lack of respect of corporate governance principles, including the abandonment of ethical behavior. and the follow of sound principles of corporate governance leads to create the necessary precautions against corruption and mismanagement while promoting transparency.ر
