Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the challenges that hinder the decision of decision-makers in institutions to move to cloud computing, especially in light of the digital economy, while highlighting the first steps for mobile phone operators in Algeria towards adopting it. Network Readiness for 2020.as well as the Arab Digital Economy Index for 2020.

 This study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: that the three mobile phone operators in Algeria rely on cloud computing as a service only, SaaS. The study also recommended the need for mobile phone customers to sensitize more about the importance of moving to cloud computing
