Abstract

Organizations of different types are active in an internal environment that interacts and integrates through a group of financial, material, human and technological resources to activate their objectives and thus achieve their competitive advantage and ensure their continuity, and this will only be achieved through the institution’s work on analyzing the elements of this environment with different tools, VRIO tools are one of the most important tools relied upon to analyze and know the resources and capabilities of the organization to assess and evaluate its status, which is what our study touched on, as we adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to show the role and importance of this tool in analyzing the internal environment of the institution, Our study shows that the VRIO tool is an  effective tool that helps organizations understand their internal environment and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage
