The Quality of Working Life from the Point View of the Employment of AlgeriaTelecom’sEnterprise-Annaba

Abstract

The purpose of this research paper ,is to identify the application of the quality of working life in the enterprise, Which is one of the most important propsfor it, in order to achieve the requirements of this study, a questionnaire has been prepared consists of (wages and incentives system, physical working conditions,Participation in making decisions, work stability and security), and is distributed in its final form to a representative sample of (36).

The study reached a number of results, the most important:There are no significant differences for the wage system and for the physical work conditions refer to the sociodemographic variables at the level of morality (α≤0.05); the study suggested that:Insertthe quality of working life’sprograms and strategies within the enterprise's work process.
