Abstract

this study aim to clarify the impact of minimizing the risks of electronic transactions on improving the financial performance of the Algerian banking during the period 2011-2018 for 28 public and private banks, By testing a multiple regression model between electronic banking risk as independent variables and financial performance as a dependent variable.

The study model showed that there is a positive direct relationship between risk reduction and financial performance improvement at the 5% error level. Therefore, the study recommended the necessity of providing the necessary requirements to reduce the risks of electronic transactions through banking supervision and control over all electronic transactions
