Organizational justice and its relationship with job satisfaction ofthe nursery staff inAlgerian health enterprise Case Study of the public hospital enterprise Merouani Abed Chettiachlef

Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of the organization justice onthe job satisfaction of the nursing staff members of the public hospital enterprise Merouani Abed ChettiaChlef. This study applied on a sample of 66 individuals among 131 members of the nursing staff.

            The study came to the fact that it existed an average level of organizational justice and job satisfaction among the nursing staff members. In addition to the existence of statistically significant effect of organizational justice to job satisfaction, And absence of statistically significant differences for the level of organizational justice and the level of job satisfaction due to personality variables.
