The impact of foreign direct investment on employment in Algeria Analytical and EconometricsStudy for the Period :2000-2020

Abstract

This research paper aims to highlight the reality and prospects of foreign direct investment in Algeria and its effects on the employment during the period (2000-2019), as well as the financial flows of foreign direct investment in Algeria and the most important international sources of these flows. EViews 10 program, we conducted a standard study in the least squares method of a multiple linear model with a dependent variable represented in the employment and independent variables represented in foreign direct investment, and inflation rate during the period (2000-2019), Where the results led to the existence of a direct relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The study recommends providing more laws and incentives that would attract foreign direct investment to various economic sectors.
