Abstract

The study aims to find the relationship between quality management practices and innovationtypes in ten industrial enterprises, and identify the most important practicesin the sample. In order to achieve the objectives of study we used the program Smart pls3.

the research paper concluded that in order to promote product innovation, the sample must support quality data and reports, relation with customers, operations management,relation with suppliers.

To Promoteprocess innovation the enterprises must focus on relation with customers and relation with suppliers, forOrganizational innovation must support human resources management andrelation with customer.and combinationbetween hard and soft practices has a positive impact on process innovation, products and organizational innovation.
