The Effectiveness of Strategic Vigilance in Improving Risk Management (AField Study of a Sample of Hotel Establishments Operating in El Tarf State)

Abstract

This descriptive research aims to know the impact of strategic vigilance in improving risk management a group of hotels operating in El tarf state, by identifying the basics of strategic vigilance, and highlighting the role it plays in improving risk management, to attain the current result, data were collected through a questionnaire for 45 employees chosen randomly. The findings demonstrated the concept related tothe study variables, with the help of the analytical method to analyses the impact of strategic vigilance on risk management.

 the analysis was done using the results of SPSS, the results showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the 0.05 level of significance for the strategic vigilance of risk management.
