The impact of knowledge management processes in the developmentof human resources management practices The case study of LafargeHolcim and TAOUAB Plaster in M’sila

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the effect of knowledge management processes on the 0development of human resource management practices (functions) of individuals working in LafargeHolcim and TAOUAB Plaster in M’sila. Where the information was collected by surveys distributed to a random sample of 200individuals.After analysis using the (SPSS/V/25 software; the study concluded that there is a statistically significanteffect relationship between knowledge management processes and the development of human resource management functions in the two companies object of the study, as well as the lack of statistically significant difference on the level of commitment to the application of knowledge management processes in the two companies, attributed to the factors of age and professional experience.
