The Reality of Business Incubators and Start-ups in Algeria and their Role in Enhancing the national Economy

This Study explores the critical role of business incubators and startups in strengthening the Algerian economy. Startups are pivotal to economic growth, offering substantial returns relative to thrir low operational costs. They also play a key role in reducing unemployment and accelerating economic development. Business incubators, meanwhile, serve as essential enablers for innovative and creative startups, providing the necessary resources and support to foster their growth and advancement. The study also adopted an applied aspect, represented by a case study of the business incubator of Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila, in order to analyze its contributions related to economic projects and the promotion of the national economy. The Study concluded several key findings, the most important of which are that business incubators and startups play a singnificant role in boosting the national economy by investing in successful entrepreneurial ideas through business incubators and transforming them into economic projects. Assitionally, incuators contribute to improving the competitiveness and export capacity of national startups.
