Economic Security as a mechanism to achieve Human Security - Theoritical Study -
Keywords:
Security, Economic Security, Human SecurityAbstract
The objective of this study is to focus on Economic Security theoretically and search the means of achieving human security, notably that the human has become since the 1993 a central concern for states, international organizations, and the global community. The principle of prioritizing the human above the state was founded through obligation of human rights, its: universality, indivisibility.
Our study cares about human via his economic needs and rights, which cannot be divided or separated from his other own rights. Economic Security and Human Security cannot be separated, neither can exist independently. To illustrate, our theoretical research defines the concepts of economic security and determine their foundations and key components. We then clarify significance and targets of economic security with its connection to human and its security. Finally, we address the mechanisms for achieving economic security after clarification of the major challenges and obstacles.
