The study aimed to identify the concepts associated with the moral climate theory, and this theory was developed through the use of moral philosophy represented by the entrance of teleology and ethics, as well as the theory of moral development. , friendship, team interests, social responsibility, personal ethics, company rules and procedures, professional law and constitution. As well as identifying the most important factors influencing the ethical climate, represented by personal, organizational and environmental determinants, as well as the consequences of the ethical climate, the most important of which are job trends such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
