The Influence of the Entrepreneurial Passion on the Entrepreneurial Intention among University Students: The Mediating Role of the Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

This study aims to identify the mediating influence of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy on the relationship between the entrepreneurial passion and the entrepreneurial intention among a sample of Master's students from the Faculty of Economics, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University of Boumerdes / Algeria. In order to fulfil this aim, the PLS-SEM method was employed.
The key findings of the study indicated positive and significant relationship between the entrepreneurial passion and the entrepreneurial intention among the students of the sample. Additionally, the results also showed that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a mediating influence on the relationship between the entrepreneurial passion and the entrepreneurial intention among the students of the study sample.
