Organizational communication skills and its relationship to organizational trust - A field study -

This study aims to reveal the relationship between organizational communication skills and organizational confidence among the employees of the Directorate of Environment and Renewable Energies in the state of Djelfa by revealing the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational communication skills and organizational confidence. The study hypotheses were addressed and tested by using the questionnaire as a measurement tool and applying it to a sample of 50 employees, and processing the results obtained by statistical methods using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS program. The results revealed that: There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational communication skills and organizational confidence
