This study dealt with the relationship between strategic vigilance and competitive advantage, as it tried to provide a theorical framework about what the writers and thinkers put forward about both concepts, in addition to the practical framework through which we analyzed the opinions of a sample of bank employees in the state of M’sila. The study reached a set of results, the most important is the existence of positive relationship brtween the dimensions of strategic vigilance, and concluded a number of proposals, including making more efforts and harnessing more possibilities, in order to to increase vigilance in its commercial and competitive dimensions.
