L’instabilité De L’emploi : Tendances Et Causes En Algérie
Keywords:
Emploi, Chômage, Instabilité de l’emploi, AlgérieAbstract
The aim is to examine this subject in the Algerian context but by limiting ourselves to two aspects, trends and causes. To do this, this article uses statistical data from the National Statistics Office (ONS) on "unemployed people who have already worked" and uses four statistical data analysis tools. The results obtained indicate that the instability of employment in Algeria has been on the rise since the end of the 2000s. This rise is mainly explained by the generalization of fixed-term contracts (CDD) in the labor market and the importance of the phenomenon of the cessation of business activities.
