Quality of work life from an Islamic perspective

The quality of work life is one of the modern concepts according to the Western perspective and seeks continuous improvement in all aspects and dimensions, as it become necessary required to achieve the goals of the worker, the organization and stakeholders.The study aims to clarify the concept of quality and its various dimensions in the work environment according to the Islamic perspective. The study concluded that Islam since its advent is considered quality a way of life and religious and worldly approach that a Muslim takes to achieve the satisfaction of God and the happiness of both worlds, by applying the provisions of the Qur’an and Sunnah According to the Islamic perspective, quality is applied in the smallest details of the work environment to achieve physical, organizational and social. Islam is a sound approach that creates a balance between personal life and professional life.
