Analysis of the content of websites of telecommunications companies in Algeria Comparative study of companies: Mobilis, Djezzy, Ooredoo

This study aimed to highlight the importance of the digital transformation of mobile telecom companies in Algeria, by targeting the websites of the companies: Mobilis, Djezzy, Ooredoo, using the outputs of the N Capture extension within the Google Chrome search engine, and analyzing them through the qualitative data analysis program (N Vivo), And applied to the websites of the aforementioned companies, and then analyze the results and determine the difference between the companies’ strategy through the content of its websites. The study found a discrepancy in the interest of each organization in the content of its website, between the commercial marketing dimension of Djezzy and Ooredoo, and the social dimension (public service) of Mobilis.
