The aim of this study is to identify Islamic sukuk and their importance, as they are considered one of the most important Islamic financing tools, which have witnessed wide demand in various parts of the world. The study concluded that Islamic sukuk is of great importance in financing economic development, which is demonstrated by the Malaysian experience, which achieved great success, and was the cause of the economic development that the country has known. Algeria also faces many obstacles that transformed its adoption of Islamic sukuk, which has become a fundamental matter for implementation, especially after failure. Conventional financing methods.
