Measuring the Impact of Investment in Economic and Administrative Infrastructure of Basic Facilities on Economic Growth in Algeria during the Period 1990-2021, Econometric Study Using (ARDL) Model

This study aims to shed light on the role of economic and administrative infrastructure in achieving economic growth in Algeria from 1990 to 2021. This period reflects significant shifts in the country's economic and political context, underscoring the crucial importance of analyzing the relationship between infrastructure and growth. A comprehensive overview of the various types of infrastructure in Algeria will be provided. The study also seeks to elucidate how enhancing infrastructure contributes to achieving economic growth and sustainable development. By utilizing the (ARDL) (Auto Regressive Distributed Lag) model, the study has yielded noteworthy results. It indicates a long-term relationship between economic and social foundational infrastructure and economic growth during the studied period. However, the study notes that this relationship remains notably weak, attributed to multiple factors including implementation challenges and inadequate coordination among relevant entities
