One of the most important current topics that has imposed itself strongly on the economic level, we find
industrial subcontracting, which has become given great importance in improving production capabilities and
opening areas for investments in various fields, especially if it is pursued by the small and medium
enterprises sector, which has also become reliable in achieving development economic and industrial
diversification.
Therefore, the study aimed to highlight the degree to which industrial subcontracting contributes to
improving the competitive advantage of this sector of institutions, through a model that shows the effect of
the independent variable represented by industrial subcontracting in two dimensions, namely quality and
price, on the dependent variable represented by the competitive advantage that was studied in the dimension
of cost reduction. The study concluded that the good quality of the product being handled represents an
essential factor in maintaining the commanding enterprises and gaining their loyalty, as is the case with the
price.
