The contribution of vocational training to achieving some of the goals of human resources management

This study aims to determine the contribution of vocational training in achieving some of the goals of human resources management. Improving workers’ performance, reducing work accidents, and stabilizing the workforce were chosen as examples of these goals, as they are among the most important. Then, researching whether the workers’ professional experience plays a role in achieving This contribution. In order to reach field results, the research was conducted at the “Al-Hudna” Mills Foundation in M’sila by distributing a questionnaire to a sample selected in a simple random manner and analyzing the results using the descriptive approach, and after statistical processing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program by calculating frequencies. Percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, difference tests, the following results were reached: - Professional training contributes to achieving the objectives of human resources management (improving worker performance, reducing work accidents, and stabilizing the workforce). - The professional experience of the workers does not affect the extent to which vocational training contributes to achieving the goals of human resources management, according to the opinions of the workers.
