Abstract

This study reveals the competitive advantage and its importance in the banks of the Wilaya of Tiaret, by conducting a field study in the public banks operating in this Wilaya, and to achieve this purpose, the study relied on writing a questionnaire and distributing it to the employees and managers of these banks. This study yielded results showing that the competitive advantage of all studied banks enjoys a high degree of interest, which indicates the extent to which the banks of the Wilaya of Tiaret are interested in achieving leadership in their field of activity, and thus maintaining their competitive positions.
