E-governance and its role in improving the quality of health services –Field study Hospital public Institution Al-Zahrawi - M'Sila

This study aims to determine the extent to which E- governance contributes to achieve the quality of health services in the Al-Zahrawi Hospital public Institution in M’Sila, wherethe dimensions of E-governance were represented in (the human resource, the technical dimension, and the administrative dimension); The dimensions of the quality of health services (responsiveness, reliability, trust and confidence, tangibility, empathy); In our study, we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach in the field study, where a questionnaire was distributed and analyzed by the statistical program of the social package SPSS. V27 . Our study found that there is a statistically significant relationship to the role of E-governance in improving the quality of health services in the Al-Zahrawi Hospital Institution in M’Sila
