Abstract: This paper aims to study the interaction of macro-prudential policy and fiscal policy in Algeria and to demonstrate the impact of each on the other in the context of achieving financial stability and contributing to increasing economic growth rates during the period 2009-2021, A descriptive approach was adopted by presenting generalities about macro-prudential policies and fiscal policy, and on analytical approach by addressing the course of fiscal policy and implementing macro-prudential policies in Algeria and demonstrating the potential integration and conflicts. The study found that the fiscal policy in Algeria played an effective role in maintaining the stability of the financial system through several channels while macro-prudential policy contributed to supporting economic growth by maintaining the continuity of the financial system in performing its function, And that coordination between the two policies is essential to maximize their performance.
