The Impact of Adopting Modern Human Resource Management Practices on Achieving Performance Excellence: An Exploratory Survey of Faculty Members at the College of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Djilali Bounaama University, Khem

The study conducted by the researcher aimed to elucidate the significant role played by modern human resource management practices in achieving excellence in job performance levels. This was achieved by applying our study to a sample of faculty members at the College of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at Djilali Bounaama University, Khemis Miliana. A random sample of 100 professors was selected, and a questionnaire was distributed to them. Only 54 questionnaires were retrieved and used in the analysis. The study concluded that achieving excellence in the job performance of university professors is influenced by modern human resource management practices. This implies a correlation and impact, where these practices contribute to improving the level of job performance provided by professors at the college. Therefore, there is a need to enhance human resource management practices at Khemis Miliana University by learning from various successful experiences in this field and effectively activating its role.
