Abstract

Women entrepreneurs have increasingly become a dynamic force within the economic framework, prompting the Algerian government to implement a series of reforms and transformations aimed at adopting a new policy. This policy includes establishing mechanisms to support and promote women's entrepreneurship to achieve economic and social development. This study aims to elucidate the concept of entrepreneurial thinking and the various support mechanisms available to female entrepreneurs, while also highlighting the obstacles they encounter.
