A proposed vision for planning the career path and building the career future of university employees and professors at all stages of their careers

The researcher presents the future vision for career planning to achieve the best performance to contribute to training individuals on career planning. The proposed vision was built and developed based on the researcher's desire to help individuals and organizations plan their career path. The research aims to: Help organizations and individual employees working in organizations plan their career path, find appropriate job opportunities through the career planning process and achieve the goals of the organization as a whole and the goals of employees and individuals. The researcher reached the result of the research to provide a new perspective and establish a new scientific vision that is constructive, serious, real and effective to clarify the importance of career path planning and its impact on the development of organizations, and to add original scientific research to the libraries where writing and research were done in an important field that was researched (career path planning), and to emphasize the importance of career path planning as this topic helps in showing the importance of career path planning which enhances the improvement of the job performance of employees.
