The impact of adopting green practices for human resources management on improving job performance: A case study of the Cements and Derivatives Company Ech-Chlef

This study aimed to identify the impact of adopting green human resource management practices (green recruitment and selection, green training, green performance appraisal, and green compensation and rewards) on improving job performance at the ECDE cement and its derivatives company in Chlef. To achieve this objective, the questionnaire was used as the main tool, where 112 forms were analyzed using the SPSS v24. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were: the existence of a statistically significant impact of green human resource management practices on improving job performance, the existence of an impact of the dimensions of green practices (green recruitment and selection, green training, green compensation and rewards) on improving job performance, and in light of these results, a set of proposals were presented to enhance green practices in the studied institution.
