Electronic Management's Role in Alleviating the Employees Labour stress of Employment Directorate ,Ain Defla, by GEST MOE Digital Platform for Foreign workforce Management

Abstract

Electronic Management is a modern approach that aims to radically change traditional management practices by aligning public officials' capabilities with the goals set by public authorities. This creates a work environment with clear objectives, streamlined procedures, and high efficiency. The study investigated the role of Electronic Management in reducing work pressures for employees at the Employment Directorate in Ain Defla Province.This was achieved through the utilizationof the GEST MOE digital platform for managing foreign labor which has been in operation since 2020 within the Employment and labor Movement Department. Results showed that the platform significantly alleviated work pressures, lightened workloads, expedited administrative processes, and improved task assignments for each employee.
